Total Wellness of NJ

I've been a patient at Total Wellness of NJ off and on for nearly 10 years. I honestly can't believe its been that long! I first started going when I was pregnant with my 6th baby. I was told the baby was breech very late into the pregnancy so my midwife encouraged me to find a chiropractor that is familiar with the Webster method. After a couple of chiropractic adjustments my baby flipped and I was able to deliver her naturally. I also saw Dr. Brett for the 7th, 8th, and 10th babies all with the same results!! All breech babies very late into pregnancy and all flipped once Dr. Brett adjusted me few times using the Webster method. I don't usually write reviews, but I feel these Doctors need to be acknowledged for what they have done for me. If you don't want to read my whole story, then here are the quick take-aways: ☆ Make the appointment and let them assess you; ☆ Be committed and focused on your individual plan; ☆ Follow through ... and don't give up!! After years of hearing great things about this practice, I finally took the plunge because I was in such pain and I was desperate to get help. Dr. Tami assessed me and saw the stress in my entire back and neck. She gave me a plan and we went to work: 4 times a week; then 3 times a week; then 2 times a week; and now once a week for maintenance. Absolutely love Total Wellness of NJ! After our daughter’s traumatic birth and time in the NICU, she was having a really tough time especially in the car seat and with breastfeeding. We later found out her C1 and sacrum were out of alignment, which was contributing to her discomfort and latch issues. After just a few gentle adjustments from Dr. Tami and Dr. Brett, we saw such a difference, she became more comfortable nursing and actually enjoys car rides now! Tami & Bret are the best they care about their patients. The staff are friendly and willing to help you on a pinch notice. I started going to total wellness of NJ since the early 2000s I met bret at Jefferson township Day and he welcomed me to come in to his office to get my back adjusted. I then had moved away from NJ though I wanted to move back for the longest time. In 2022 I was able to move back and came back to Bret for an adjustment. I know he & Tami will help me become more healthy. I highly recommend Bret & Tami for your Total Wellness health and fitness.

I have been bringing my newborn to Dr. Bret for a fee weeks now, and we are so grateful for how much he has helped our baby girl! Before we went she was pooping every 3 days or so and struggling when she did go. Now she goes every day, sometimes twice a day and is noticeably a happier baby. Sometimes she goes right after her appt, and today she even went during! Beyond that, the staff is always so welcoming and friendly. She even got a little welcome sign for her first visit which was adorable! Would recommend anyone with a fussy newborn to come get them adjusted here so your baby (and you) can get some relief!
