Jefferson Pharmacy

We all need to support local neighborhood pharmacies. Their hours may not be as good as the big chains, but they provide a much more personalized service. The people at Jefferson Pharmacy are great, and will keep using them as much as we can.

Consistently withheld my medication to the point where I had to go without emergency medication for three weeks then the manager decided to get on the phone and say that I was screaming about this and that and that I was upsetting him and he was about to hang up right now all because I told him I cannot micromanage their job. This has been a consistent issue for six months to a year. They are the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with and the most unprofessional.

I don't often go here, but you have to make yourself known for anyone to realize your even there. Overall the place is well-organized and typically the support staff are much more friendlier than the pharmacists. This place gets three stars for the support staff and the cleanliness of the store. I believe this place has potential to be more community-friendly, they're just not there yet.

The service was excellent. The pharmacist was extremely helpful in resolving an issue with my prescription. I highly recommend Jefferson Pharmacy!
