Both Dr Giralt and Dr Zaffer are wonderful and do excellent, pain free work. I highly recommend!!

They are very professional and friendly. The dr is very nice and caring, I got two teeth pulled and never felt a thing I would recommend him to everybody. I will definitely keep going there.

I started going here because I needed my teeth fixed .. Dr.Giralt worked hard to keep my teeth healthy . And due to my mental illness sometimes I can’t make it to the dentist!! Today I asked if the hygienist was going to be on time . And if I could come in earlier . And the front desk rika . Said no . Also asked if she could just ask her ! Tells me No because she knows what she will say ! Also said I could t speak to anyone higher up than her and that I’m no longer allowed there since they have. New owner and she is strict with her policies .when did they get a new owner and how come I didn’t know !! I was referred by a family member who spoke great things about this place however I cannot tolerate irresponsibility and inconsistency from both provider and staff. I would have been a new patient who scheduled way in advance (about 2 months) for my first appointment. Why do I receive a phone call stating my appointment would need to be moved because the doctor is on vacation? Vacations are usually planned out, why wasn’t those days blocked off before I made the appointment. Now when asking for a new appointment the receptionist said the last patient is seen at 5pm. So when I asked to get a 5pm appointment, she rebutted and said no that’s when the providers leave you need to be seen at 4pm. Nonetheless, this place needs a better sense of communication and as a first time patient this clini
