Skylands Urgent Care, Lake Hopatcong

I love this urgent care . My entire family are regular patients with them. From my parents to myself and husband to my 2 young kids. We all have had 10/10 experiences with the doctors and staff at this urgent care. They are quick , compassionate and thorough. Definitely would recommend to anyone in need of a visit.

I walked in extremely sick there were mask on the desk, the receptionist was extremely pleasant I waited less than 3-5 minutes and the nursing assistant took me in room did my vitals. Dr was in the room in less than 5 min he conducted a thorough exam, they called my prescriptions immediately over to my pharmacy! By the time I drove there they were already ready! Thr Urgent care was professional, sincere, they were all kind and sympathetic and the place was spotless and I had no copay!! I highly recommend them and will definitely go back!!!

Unfortunately today I had to go to urgent care since my doctors could only offer a telehealth visit 2 days from today. Thankfully skylands urgent care in Lake Hopatcong had appointments. The office and staff were really quite pleasant from the receptionist, nurse, and Meducal Provider. They did the necessary testing and exam and listened to what I had to say. Now I’m home and waiting for my prescriptions to be filled which were called in while I was driving home. Looking forward to finally feeling better after nine days of some kind of symptoms. Thank you ladies for all your support. I will definitely remember how much you helped when I needed it most. I would recommend your facility. Happy new year.

Everyone at this office was very kind, caring, prompt, efficient, and works together as a great team (which is often hard to find in healthcare these days). It is nice to know that there is an urgent care close by I can rely on if needed. Keep up the great work!

Oksana and her staff were wonderful. She took the time to listen, and gave attention to my 4 year old even though we weren't there for him. Had helpful advice and and the facility was very clean. We were in and out quickly. Will Definitely recommend people to go to this location .
