Everyone I have ever met there has been kind, patient, extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. They take their time with every patient and go above and beyond to answer all questions and to make your children feel comfortable. I would recommend to anyone!

My experience here has been nothing but amazing! Everyone from start to finish truly cares, have useful knowledge outside the box which is hard to find and essential these days, and really show you just how important your child’s health is to them. Highly recommend!

I was hesitant to come to this location due to previous reviews. I went still due to my daughter needing to be seen asap and I am beyond glad that I did. First- The kind customer service woman who took my phone call and helped me with being a new patient was incredible. She answered my questions and made the process so easy. Second- The office smelled and looked pristine. ( I know smelling is a weird review but it was the first aspect of the office that I noticed) The check in process was easy to do one handed while holding a baby. Third- The staff was wonderful! Everyone was friendly and kind. Doctor Alexis talked to me as a mom but also like a girlfriend who knew me forever. Sometimes I feel doctors are talking at you instead of to you. Kristen is the best pediatrician out there. Excellent with the kids, and straight forward with the adults. She goes out of her way to see patients on her days off when emergencies arise. She is freaking fantastic, and it trickles down to her staff. I couldn’t be more happy.

First appointment, lasted 20 minutes, and I learned more in those 20 minutes than the last 5 months with my previous pediatrician. Excellent communication and so friendly. But most importantly, you are getting a healthcare professional who will guide you, and not someone who acts like another parent to your child. Autonomy has never been more important in raising your children. If that's important to you, then this is the place to be. And I don't say that lightly - I spoke to 10 other pediatric offices before choosing this one. We could not have been happier with our decision.
