The Klarman Building at BIDMC

My mother went to BIDMC for end of life care. They have an excellent palliative care team, who helped to move my mother home and set up daily nurse visits for her comfort. Very Thankful for their kindness and compassion. My mother felt the same and told the staff.

Spent 3 nights in Klarman 8. All staff was very professional, attentive and receptive. The facility is very well designed. Food service to level 8 was not very efficient, more likely due to high demand within short time. This conflicted with staff procedures.

Very nice new building Staff is very polite and helpful which makes you feel very reassuring to have your loved ones admitted here... Rooms are very spacious, clean and beautiful view

I was transferred from my local hospital to this hospital. My private room was amazing. It was huge. very clean. The windows were giant overlooking the Boston skyline. My TV was giant. My own private bath that was always kept spotless. The staff was completely amazing. Every call bell was answered within 60 seconds. I've been told that the cardiac in any hospital is always great because that's the money maker. And I have to believe this is true because I was sent to Boston for fluid in my lungs and I was admitted to the farr building and my experience was the complete opposite. It was awful.

Very modern clean new facility. Valet out front because parking is limited in area.
