Great staff and very knowledgeable doctors. I first saw Dr. Nawrocki, and then when I got a diagnosis, she referred me to Dr. Al-Hasani since he is more familiar with the condition. I feel lucky to have found this place! It’s also convenient to be able to get early appointments before work.

Ally the PA at this practice was lovely - great bedside manner, clinical knowledge and incredibly thorough. The staff here from check in to check out are always very pleasant and helpful as well. Beautiful practice I purposely drive into the city to continue to visit and will be requesting to see Ally from now on :)

I originally came to Dermatology Institute of Boston for concerns with rosacea and redness. Ashton was amazing and helped curate a daily skincare routine to fit my specific needs. My skin has drastically changed in the last few months thanks to the treatment offered to me at this office. Very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend.

I just had an appointment here that was such a horrible experience that I will never return. I went to get some warts removed from my hands. First, this practice repeatedly failed to use my preferred name. I filled out uncountable pieces of paperwork, and put my preferred name on every one. Sometimes insurance forms can need specific information, I get it. But these forms always at least leave space for a preferred name. Further, this practice had its own paperwork that asked for preferred name, which I gave. Not once was it used. Never. Not at the check in desk, after I signed up for my appointment using my preferred name. Dr. Neelam Vashi has strong clinical expertise, but a more patient-centered approach around reassurance and follow-up would improve the overall experience. All my appointments so far tend to feel rushed, especially toward the end. While questions are answered when asked, otherwise there is no proactive check-in or reassurance after the procedure. In several sessions, certain areas of treatment required clarification or confirmation to ensure they were included in the procedure, which has created unnecessary anxiety and left us questioning whether everything has been fully addressed.
