So, I came in because I was having asthma attacks after having the flu. I needed breathing treatments. First, the nurse was extremely rude to me and grilled me with unnecessary questions. She started off by stating they won’t give me a nebulizer because that’s not for everyone. I said I have asthma and it presents in the form of a cough (it’s called cough-variant asthma). She said nebulizers don’t treat coughs and I had to explain it was asthma, she didn’t believe me of course. She then said that’s something I had as a kid and probably don’t have it now (keep in mind she hasn’t even examined me). She also asked why I wasn’t given a nebulizer prior and I said my emergency inhaler usually works fine but it’s worse this time. She then told me that I shouldn't have come and I should have gone

I went to this urgent care center was seen quickly. The entire staff was polite and professional. The PA (I believe her name is Arianna) was exceptional. I needed 5 or 6 stitches for a cut on my left pinky finger. She explained why I needed this procedure and what the care would need to be after leaving the clinic. Honestly, didn’t feel a thing as she stitched me. Thanks Doc, and I’m sure I “butchered” your name, no pun intended.

We had an outstanding experience at TGH Urgent Care in Lithia, FL. We were checked in by Niesha, who was incredibly helpful and efficient, especially considering we arrived close to closing time. Next, we met with the nurse, Rohan, whose warm and comedic personality instantly put us at ease even though we were dealing with severe pain. Lastly, PA Ariyana Miller was exceptional; clear, concise, and thorough in answering every concern we had. We highly recommend this facility and their amazing staff. This was the best urgent care experience we have ever had!
