I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent experience, or lack thereof, at Prime Health Urgent Care. Your Google Business profile clearly states your hours of operation as 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with a note that Monday hours may vary due to holidays. It also indicates you are closed on Saturday and Sunday. I visited your facility twice today, once at 1 PM and again at 2:30 PM, well within your posted operating hours. On both occasions, the door was locked, despite a sign on the door indicating that you were open. This discrepancy between your advertised hours and the actual status of your clinic is concerning. It's extremely puzzling to see reviews suggesting the facility is open and serving patients when, according to neighboring businesses, the urgent care has been closed for at least the past year. I've personally observed the location multiple times over the past several months, and the doors have consistently been locked with no signs of activity. I've never seen any patients entering or exiting, nor have I observed any staff present. It's unclear how these positive reviews could be genuine given the apparent closure of the facility. Spoke with Matt on the way home from work, super friendly. He and Sara took great care of my daughter in pretty much near record time. Facility is super clean and inviting. Will definitely be coming here again when the need arises!

We had a great experience at the Lithia clinic! Dr. Logan was great with our 12 year old and quickly diagnosed a double ear infection. He took time to listen and thoroughly evaluate for any additional issues. The office was very clean and efficient and staff was courteous and friendly. We will definitely be returning!

Top notch experience! We were greeted right away by Matt Torres, who was friendly and very welcoming. We were quickly seen by Dr. Dave Messer who could not have been more patient. He was very thorough, and we had an overall exceptional experience.
