We recently found & started using Busciglio Smiles for our nine year old’s orthodontic journey. We completed consultations at a few other spots but this one stood out as the most comfortable for us all. We love how bright and welcoming the FH office is, it’s clean, everyone is polite and never makes you feel like your questions are foolish. We’ve had 4 total appointments, have arrived 15 minutes early to them all, and have always been invited back immediately. We usually see the orthodontist herself before our actual appointment time. In 2025, that’s a rarity, and greatly appreciated by working parents!

NO OPTION FOR BPA FREE FILLING!!! Dentists poisoning ouch children and don’t want to do anything about it!!!! I am extremely disappointed with our recent experience at this office. When we came in for my son’s initial consultation over two months ago, I specifically mentioned that our family has a BPA sensitivity and that he would need BPA-free fillings. The staff assured us that this would not be a problem but looking back, I don’t think my request was taking seriously and I understand the judgment I received during the consultation. However, just a few days before the long-awaited appointment, this office called to confirm and informed me that BPA-free material was not available. As a result, I had to cancel my son’s appointment, and now we are left two months behind with four untreated

The staff do not listen, the doctor is in it for the money - not to properly care for your child. Went for a consult, paid the pressure-felt deposit, got a second opinion and it took months to get a refund.

Terrible, overpriced service. Never had to pay for my child’s dentist X-rays for years. Go here and all of a sudden there is a charge and my dental insurance has not change. They make you wait way past your appointment time before they call you back as well. So they obviously don’t care that they make parents lose income due to not being on time. When my appointment is 9:30 for example, I show up 30 minutes early so I’m ready at appointment time. Yet they are not ready at appointment time. I will never refer this place and I recommend no one comes here.
