I had my braces done at Hess Orthodontics, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly nice and welcoming. The front desk staff especially made me feel right at home with their friendly and helpful attitude. They always greeted me with a smile and made scheduling appointments so easy. The care and attention I received throughout my treatment were outstanding. I highly recommend Hess Orthodontics to anyone looking for a professional, caring, and friendly orthodontic team!

Kamesha at Hess Orthodontic in Lithia was great. She was patient, explained everything she was doing, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I really liked how she kept communicating with me so I knew what to expect. Super professional and very kind. Definitely a positive experience.

We have nothing but good things to say about Hess Orthodontics in FishHawk. Bailey was especially amazing today with getting our son a new case since he lost his original one. Looking forward to those big smiles. 😁

Dee was absolutely fantastic. She had a natural rapport with my son as she offered him service. Not an aorta of impatience. She was thoroughly professional, happy doing her job and, above all, courteous and kind.

I really appreciate the hard working team at Hess. They are a busy team that prioritizes their patients. I’ve felt like the doctors have heard me anytime I ask a question about my braces. They also worked with me to get them off fast for an event. Granted I’m sure that’s varies with cases. My teeth look perfect now! It was a process that was so worth it! Thank you Dr Popat, Dr Rey and Dr Ulrich. Also assist Kenna was great!! I would recommend. Enjoy my before and after.
