**************UPDATE********* This place fraudulently makes up charges and treatments outside any insurance plans to rake more cash in. This is by far the worst dental care facility anywhere. Floors are completely dirty, walls have liquid stains on them in exam rooms. Exam room patient chairs have rust on them. Counters and sinks dirty. Also exam tools are cleaned in house then repackaged in plastic to give the false sense of security that the tools they use are clean and or new. Let me tell you they are not. I had a visit where the tools had white crusty stuff on the hand grips of the mouth tools used to clean your teeth. This place never has the same doctor for more than 6 months at a time. I highly recommend other dental facilities in the area.

I had a great experience at this office. everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. the entire team made sure I felt welcome and comfortable. there was a slight issue with my insurance the office manager I think her name was Destiny, sat on the phone with the insurance company to get the right answers. I am very pleased with the entire office.

This Office is AMAZING . I love all the staff. The Office manager is more than Outstanding. The Epitome of excellence this office displays will forever have me as a patient. BEWARE! There are plenty of other dentists, I recommend you find any where else. I started off bringing my kids here. First time was okay. Long wait, but still okay. Then, the next cleaning they rescheduled a few times as they didn't have a dentist credentialed with tricare. We finally get the appointment. Show up and wait for a half hour before they tell us that the insurance credentials didn't go through for their dentist on staff this day. They offered to reschedule. We left and I said no that I would call. Fast forward to the next cleaning and they automatically scheduled it and I received the email notifications. I said okay, we will give them another shot. I call in the morning to ask verify they have a credentialed dentist for our insurance. On the phone the woman was

Staff is kind most of the time and that is the only reason I am even giving them two stars. The wait time is never less than 30 minutes past your scheduled appointment. It’s wild how severely they overbook. It is consistently so bad that there aren’t even enough chairs in the waiting room for the amount of people they have waiting. If you have zero responsibilities, then I guess you could probably still go here, but if time is of any value to you at all… Steer clear.
