I was greeted and met with Gus and Cheryl, both very professional. I answered "no" to a colonoscopy. On the way out, I was told that Medicare will not cover this procedure for persons over 80. I called Medicare and was told they DO cover it for high risk patients,which I am, due to a blood sibling having had colon cancer. I am 81. I wish I had asked more questions before I blurted out "no". I called the office and left a message on the answering machine but never received a call back. There is not enough time on the recorder to say much other than name and phone #. Other procedures may be available. I may have chosen the wrong extension. It's impossible to call the office and get a person. This is a very busy office and I feel they do their very best to accommodate their patients. I wish

This place is Awesome. They get back to you immediately,through the patient portal. Dr. Matthew Meriwether is Amazing! Joelle his PA is Awesome. When they call, the staff is always nice. I definition recommend this place!

Dr Cluley and Cheryl Durand are great. Dr Cluley has always paid great attention to any issues that I have had and has an awesome bedside manner. Cheryl Durand is very kind and down to earth. She follows up and makes sure all the Dr’s from other facilities and she and Dr Cluley know exactly what each other got going on. I feel great when I haven’t been in s year or two but they make a comment that. Lets me know that I am actually remember as a person not just a number, like they really actually care. Thank you Dr Cluley & Cheryl

The front staff were kind and efficient. Gus (M.A.) and Cheryl (P.A.) were kind and professional. I felt as they cared for me as a patient, not a $$$. They took time to listen to my questions. I understood their explanations. Thank you for being the GI office that cares. Thank 🌻 you.

Two stars for friendliness of visit and taking time for questions and exchange. But I received no help with my issues, as they fall outside of the normal symptoms. The initial procedure I had was helpful for a short time, and, while I followed all the discharge instructions, my symptoms returned. The only recommendation given: take meds. There was no discussion of working to achieve a healthy gut, and I presented information about this that the PA wasn’t aware of. I realized as I looked at the sign as I walked out, they are true to their name with the focus on “disease”, not health. I’m looking elsewhere. A week after the visit I got a letter stating it was time for a follow-up appointment. ???
