Dr. Debra and Georgina are absolutely amazing! I was so nervous going in, as I've needed hearing aids for a long while...but Georgina greeted us with a welcoming smile and was so helpful. I went in for my appointment with Debra and she was so kind and helpful also! She did my hearing test and determined that I did need hearing aids for both ears. They helped so much, and were able to get me set up. I've had my aids for about a week now and while I'm still adjusting - it's so wonderful to be able to hear again. I feel more comfortable and confident in social settings...I don't think I truly realized how isolated I felt before. These two wonderful people literally changed my life! I’ve had several hearing tests over the past eight years, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. My Aunt’s hearing aid charger was misplaced by hospital staff during her last hospital stay. Georgina charged and cleaned her hearing aids for her before a very important doctor’s visit. Not only that, but assisted us in purchasing the correct new charger we needed from a third party vendor in order to save my Aunt money as she is on a fixed income. Courteous, knowledgeable and professional staff. Was told by another provider that my hearing aids would not be covered under my Medicare Advantage plan and would be $7500. Hearing aids were affordable with my Medicare Advantage plan at a third of that price. Would highly recommend.

Great visit again. Debra is so good at what she does. My hearing aids were not functioning like they were supposed to and Debra reprogrammed them and now I hear very well. Debra listened to what was going on with my hearing aids and made several adjustments to them. Both Debra and her staff were very attentive and helped me along until all concerns were met. I highly recommend Debra and her staff to anyone needing support for their hearing aids.
