Central Texas Hearing Center

This was my first visit to Central Texas Hearing Center. I have been wearing Hearing Aids for over 25 years. The most recent pair was high end pair of Phoniac Hearing Aids. I never felt like I was getting the full benefit and had them tweaked several times with another provider. Dr. Katie Gilbert met with me, gave me a new Hearing test and did an extensive interview. She cleaned, fitted new ear pieces and reprogrammed my Hearing Aids. Couldn't believe the difference. We then discussed the plan to upgrade my Hearing Aids with a new pair. Can't say enough about Dr. Gilbert knowledge, communication skills, and her caring approach to get things right. Her receptionist/assistant was also very helpful and courteous. Great practice. Will come back.

The staff is super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They do their best to make sure you are fully informed about all your options, fully listen to what you need and fix your hearing needs/concerns. I wouldn’t even think about going to any other hearing center!

Katie was very helpful in giving me information about my choices in hearing aids. She answered all of my questions and took time to go into great detail when necessary. I didn’t feel rushed as I had with an audiologist I saw a couple of weeks ago. She has a warm, open and honest personality and was a pleasure to talk to.

My visit was great—friendly doctor and receptionist. The testing was efficient with the doctor evaluating my condition and communicating the results clearly to me. I left with peace knowing that a was treated professionally by a doctor who is highly trained and competent and obviously loves her work. I can trust that my hearing condition is in good hands. Thank you!
