Gilbert Rodriguez

Dr. Rodriguez is literally the best. His office is efficient and his staff is lovely too. He is always listening and very attentive to the situations at hand. This is the first doctor that I've found in over 10 years that doesn't dismiss my issues or blanket ALL of them with my Crohn's! He is helping me in more ways than I could have ever expected. I was so discouraged to have to switch because I thought they were all the same. Not him!! If you need a good doctor that listens to you and cares, you've found the one. If it's out of his realm of care, he will get you to someone who can help you and the referrals are handled graciously compared to other offices that I've dealth with. Managing someone with so many issues is hard but he tries to help me with what he can! I would recommend him 1,

Dr.Rodriguez is a committed physician. I was sick with Covid. I called his office in the afternoon. He personally called me at almost 7 pm and called in the prescription to the pharmacy so I could get it immediately. I got the needed medication to start feeling better. He’s a good physician who cares about his patients. Great customer service. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Rodriguez is a fantastic physician. He is respectful, courteous, patient and he listens. He never seems to be in a rush and asks lots of questions. My husband and I really like him and will continue to recommend him to family and friends.

Been trying to find a dr, on and off, for about a year. Each time, I either don't get through to the office, don't get a call back after leaving a message, or they aren't seeing patients earlier than 4 months or longer, pretty ridiculous in my opinion. But Christus got me an appt in 3 days after my call. Dr. Rodriguez was great, answered all my questions and concerns, ordered labs and took time to give feedback and advice. Office visit was quick, staff was nice, overall great experience. Will definitely be keeping him as a dr.

I was very pleased with my experience with dr Rodriguez and his staff. I was dreading having to change doctors for mine retired. I was grateful for the time he spent with me, the compassion, and for listening to me. I felt so relieved when I left that this task I’ve been procrastinating about is finally complete!
