HEAL + HAVEN is absolutely amazingggg!! My husband and I had the joy & honor of experiencing a couples massage at Heal + Haven — it was an incredible experience! This was my very first prenatal massage and I’m so happy to have experienced it with Elizabeth! She is very kind, welcoming, and created a peaceful atmosphere. I found this little gem while I was in San Marcos for a conference. I get massages pretty regularly throughout the years and feel this is one of the best and most thorough massages I have ever had. Elizabeth was awesome in assessing my needs and even followed up with a recommended chiropractor in my area. If I’m ever back, I will definitely revisit and I recommend to anyone!
