Arrived at 845am for a 9am blood draw. They were way behind. Got out the door at 9:44 a.m. I understand Privia has its own lab and that's the reason I had to come to the doctor's office to do a blood draw. Another reason I hate medical facilities owned by private equity. They will do everything they can to get money out of you. Your time has no value to them. My experience with CPL and LabCorp has been much better. Minimal wait times for a blood draw. I just read your response. You need to have a conversation with your phlebotomy. She is the one that told me you had your own lab. Which then brings up the question, why not send me directly to lab corps to get this done. It appears you're just a middleman, trying to make additional revenue.

I was worried about a skin tag or lump that I found on my body. I called and Dr.Adriana Castillo office staff made an appointment for me right away. In a matter of days, Dr.Castillo saw me. She was well informed on my condition & she gave me medicatio and she relieved my stress level immediately with the diagnosis. She is an excellent Dr. I love that she really listens to your concerns & questions. Blessings

NP Authur Mandy was awesome. He eased my white coat syndrome while fully covering my medical needs in a manner I could understand. I highly recommend.

Optimistic about this facility, but concerns have risen during my first visit. A couple of red flags were observed during my first primary visit. Ongoing observation and discussion with senor staff will determine my final opinion.

Dr. Diego Moreno is kind, caring, personable, knowledgeable, and in general has a great bedside manner. He never seems rushed , and never makes me wait long. I wouldn’t use anyone else for my primary care physician.
