Target Optical

I rarely write reviews, but my experience was unprofessional at best. I want to first say Katie is excellent she was s super helpful and kind. However, the optometrist is incompetent, rude and extremely unprofessional. I visited the clinic to get an eye exam to renew my prescription, buy contacts, glasses, and lenses for an existing pair of glasses. After spending over $600 I noticed asap that the prescription wasn’t correct. I called and returned to get it corrected and again the optometrist was rude and reluctantly changed the prescription. I regret to say true new prescription is again not correct. I have no faith that this optometrist can get this right so I’ll have to shell out more money to go somewhere else. Please save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.

I had a great experience getting my glasses repaired here for free. I walked in, and a kind gentleman immediately helped me and replaced the screw for free. Would highly recommend for your glasses needs

The doctor is rude and does not listen to you. She prescribed the wrong contact lenses after I told her which ones I used on a daily basis. Honestly, go elsewhere for the experience and accuracy There are so many reviews from two years ago about the same doctor (Dr Grace) and nothing has changed I am concerned that Target allows this level of service in its stores

Chris and Katie are rockstars - very helpful and very nice. We had issues and delays with EZeyecare and Chris and Katie both were both so supportive and tried their best to help us out. EZeyecare for prescription is more like difficulteyecare - the doc (Grace) is super unprofessional and arrogant

Chris and Katie were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us after struggling to get an electronic prescription. Unfortunately our experience with the optical company ezyecare was not that great and we faced a hard time getting an electronic prescription from them.
