When I was lucky enough to go to Chinatown to learn Martial Arts from the best my Sifu took us to this place for many wonderful things. They were most helpful even though I’m American and can’t speak Mandarin that much. Thank you

Old lady got mad at us for using the wrong paper. She was super rude and decided to make us wait 30 minutes she realized we had food on us and we had to make sure our parking time would not run out so we decided to leave. I think she regretted it and told us we could sit down and eat and she tried to be nice when we said we were going to leave pointing out to my mom and saying "oh you and your brother are twins". MAKE SURE YOU DON'T TAKE THE WRONG PAPER!!! OR YOU WILL WAIT 30 minutes for medicine. Even if we actually had to wait 30 min she was super rude and kept repeating "oh you had to take MY paper". Plus If you aren't Chinese like me I doubt any of em speak English.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The only thing I like there is how fast the line can go. The reason for the low rating is because of how rude they are. I know they are busy, but when scripts are being drop off, they just took it and only tells you when it's ready. If you have question or extra instruction due to the doctor, they will ignore it. Most of all, there is no privacy and it's definitely not confidential. When a tech/cashier is helping you another customer will be RIGHT NEXT to you (literally) waiting to get help at the desk. Or they wil cut you in line. When the tech/cashier notice that, instead of asking them to move back or take them to a different register, they just start to help them there. They ignore us, who's been in line waiting patiently. When they are confirming

They sell everything very cheap from average have all the supplies you need and I don’t think they are rude.
