My daughter started seeing Cynthia Dean at Strong Steps PT when she was just 1 year old and recently “graduated” at age 4 — a milestone we owe entirely to Cynthia’s dedication, care, and unwavering support. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Cynthia brings so much warmth, kindness, and thoughtful, targeted support to her little patients. My daughter genuinely looked forward every week to “playing at Cynthia’s,” never realizing she was steadily building strength, balance, and confidence along the way. Ashley at Strong Steps Physical Therapy has been such a blessing to our family! I sought her out when my son was 6 months old because he had body tension and I suspected he may have had torticollis. Our pediatrician kept telling us to “wait and see”, though my gut told me to get him checked out, and I am so glad I did! She took all of my concerns seriously and I knew right away that we were in great hands. She gave me so many helpful tips to try with my son at home, and I noticed a big difference in his ability to move his body once starting the exercises she gave us. Ashley is great! She followed my daughter from 6 weeks old until she graduated at 1 year! Ashley was so great at every appointment and was even able to diagnosis ( tongue& lip tie) when everyone else missed it. She is very knowledgeable and we loved going there for appointments :)

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Strong Steps PT. Miss Ashley is sweet, patient, fun and very good at what she does. She very knowledgeable about so many aspects of childhood development and cleverly gets kids to work on their challenges without even realizing they’re doing more than having a play date. The space is clean and welcoming and my son and I really enjoyed going there. It was bittersweet when he no longer needed to go as our visits to see Miss Ashley were fun and special. She helped him from not being able to roll or sit up on his own at 6 months to crawling at 10 months and walking at 14 months. So amazing to see his progress and really learn how to help him along the way too. Marcus and I thank you so much!!!

We started with Ashley at Strong Steps because my newborn had some feeding concerns, oral restrictions, and torticollis. Within 6 months, she was able to discharge us because my child was improving so wonderfully. Ashley is absolutely the reason my child is hitting milestones weeks prior that expected. She made me feel more confident as a mother when it came to exercises and helping my child develop as she needs to! We are still COVID conscious, and Ashley respected our family wishes by masking during our appointment.
