Amanda is an extremely knowledgeable PT who knows exactly what you need to get back to being healthy and pain free. She has worked me hard but because of her expertise I am healing and recuperating much quicker than I anticipated. She is supportive and encouraging. I owe her a great deal and appreciate all she has done. Capital Area PT and Wellness is the best Physical Therapy practice I have ever used and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to get well!!

Amanda Cocozzo, my physical therapist, is outstanding...She's professional, kind, motivating, and incredibly skilled. I broke my ankle two months ago and my concerns of putting any kind of pressure on it was intimidating. Amanda alleviated my fear and concerns about doing any damage to that ankle. With her encouragement and expertise, I've made great progress and well on my way to a full recovery. I'm grateful for the care I'm receiving and would highly recommend Amanda.

Taylor and the entire staff at Capital Area Physical Therapy are very knowledgeable concerning rehabbing from a TKR. The exercises are designed to gradually improve my flexibility and strength in my knee, and are designed for me personally. Taylor cares deeply about my progress and has made the arduous task of total knee replacement therapy a positive experience.

This is a wonderful practice that I highly recommend. I have received excellent care from multiple staff here, and each of them have been friendly, professional, and very helpful. The staff easily adapts to your individual needs and circumstances, and they don't mind that I bring my young child with me.
