Always a pleasure, the front office is amazing and the Drs. are always willing to listen as to what's working and what's not and not afraid to flex treatment when needed.

Over the past several years, I have consistently received excellent care from the doctors and physician assistants at Gateway Dermatology. However, I encountered an issue that deeply frustrated me. Despite having scheduled my annual appointment in my calendar, I inadvertently missed it. I fully acknowledge my responsibility for this oversight and promptly paid the no-show fee. When attempting to rectify the situation by calling the office after hours, I was met with an automated message that provided only the phone number without any identifying information for Gateway Dermatology. I was hesitant to provide my personal details until I was certain that I was speaking with the correct office. After persistent efforts, I was finally able to connect with a representative during the office hour

I must say after reading some of the less than favorable Reviews I wasn't sure what to expect at my appointment today. The receptionists Sarah and Julie were very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. I was seen without delay which is always nice. Leah the nurse listened to everything I wanted to share. Liz Rogan is the PA I saw. She is knowledgeable and thorough. On top of that she is very nice easy to share concerns with. I am very happy to be one of her new patients.

I've been going here for a couple of years now and have nothing but good experiences. My main concern was a persistent rash that wouldn't respond to treatmenrs. After various medications didn't produce any results they recommended a biopsy, which revealed a very rare type of cancer. They recommended treatments and also recommended I go to the Dana Farber institute, which I did. The specialists there pretty much echoed the diagnosis and treatments that I received from Gateway. The staff at Gateway has always been beyond kind & pleasant to me whenever I see them. They're a pleasure to deal with.

I've been a loyal patient at Gateway Dermatology for years, and their procedures have always been top-notch and offered great value for the money. However, I'm extremely disappointed with the skin needling procedure I recently had. They charge $2,000 for three treatments and I saw no visible results. I did mentioned it to Dr. Verral and thought that they might offer some compensation or restitution; they did not. I feel like I’ve been ripped off. You can get the same procedure at Meticulous Beauty for $300 per session or $1,000 for four treatments.
