I used the drive thru service to pickup my meds. Person at the window wore a black mask and was very polite and efficient. I didn't have to leave my car and go stand in line! Who has time for that, right?
0 stars. The pharmacy staff is rude, slow, entitled, and blames everything on the doctors or patient. Nothing is their responsibility and they're confrontational when trying to resolve issues with scripts, prior authorizations, and discount cards in THEIR system. Find any other option. It can't be worse.
Very helpful and pleasant. Pharmacist went out of her way to help me & show me just what I needed for my ear.
Scheduling and receiving Covid and Flu shots was very efficient. Staff was very polite and quick.
Terrible with the new CVS process for picking up your medications . Gotta use a touchscreen and put your information in . Exactly what customers want to do now. This company is going down hill and not worth it anymore
