Price Chopper Pharmacy

I can't speak highly enough about the Price Chopper pharmacy in Malta. I'm a Registered Nurse and know the "in's and the outs" of the health care system. My husband and I have had nothing but problems with our prescriptions at the CVS pharmacy.. first of all you can't talk to someone( a person )on the phone... And after going through all the prompts and things you have to do on the phone then tell you you have to text something, unbelievable. Hate CVS ☹️. However & Big Plus ! The Price Chopper people who answer the phone at the pharmacy are happy friendly nice etc a world of difference !

This pharmacy has the most compassionate kind, and understanding employees, most of them, not all of them. Last week I suffered from a heart attack, which led to the finding of a huge mass in my lungs. The pharmacist knew I needed new meds, along with my monthly meds. She was patient with me and had all my medications ready for my husband to pick up. I am grateful for them making all this go smoothly, during this very difficult emotional time for me. The other pharmacist does not like to listen to customers, if you are right, wrong, no matter what the issue is. She will not listen to you. She repeats one sentence and then walks away. People need to be listened to and not disregarded, as if you don't care and have no time for them. She needs to learn common manners. I found this very disres

Have now had 2 separate poor experiences with this place. The last was yesterday and honestly really disappointing. As I came up to the pharmacy a the man being attended to left complaining loudly which made me feel badly for the people behind the counter. Well let me tell you after another 8 minutes waiting for 1 woman to be waited on while 3 people ignored me I realized maybe these folks don’t care about their customers and left. I finished my shopping and saw that the lady standing behind me when I left was STILL at the pharmacy! Do better please.

Typically very prompt with their prescription preparation. Very understanding staff and helpful pharmacists. Their hours are also fairly convenient.

Why don't your hours listed here indicate that you All go to lunch at the same time, so the entire pharmacy is closed? I didn't need to wast the time, and drive.
