I would never go back there again. My appointments were always rushed. I was never being heard. They didn’t care when I called and left messages for call backs about concerns. They never called me back and just left messages hanging. I went there for 3 months and got not help. The only thing they finally did was refer me to someone else which was a blessing because it took them 1 visit to to identify my issue and we went from there. My PT told the orthopedic the same diagnosis but he never listen. So I suffered for 3 months in pain.

Dr Simpson has been my doctor for at least 30 years. He has dealt with countless aches and pains efficiently and effectively through those years. He did a splendid rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder. One of the worst tears he’d seen. Still as good as new. I could go on, but suffice it to say I have fared well in Dr. Simpson’s care. I hope he enjoys his retirement!

I was refused treatment at this facility because when I arrived for my first visit I informed them I could not wear a mask and that I was not ill. Therefore, I was not allowed to have my scheduled appointment but was told that I would still be held responsible for any co-payment they bill. Definitely do not recommend this facility.

In my experiences with Dr. Simpson I found him to be an excellent and competent doctor in his field. Unfortunately with the closing of the closing of the Nashoba Valley Hospital he has made the decision to retire from practice.

I travel an hour to see my doctors as part of Nashoba health care. I have 100% faith in my doctor’s knowledge. It’s worth the travel knowing my health is in good hands !
