I really love Ayer Famiky Pharmacy. All the same amenities of the larger chains but with the small town atmosphere. I love keeping it local and promoting a small local business.

The staff here are helpful and friendly. We come here for our annual flu vaccines and recently filled our dogs Perscription here. They are efficient and organized.

They call themselves a Family Pharmacy, but there is nothing “family” about the way I was treated. I’m new to the area and to this pharmacy, and I was simply repeating what I was told when I placed my order on Sunday—that my medication would be delivered to my home. I wasn’t lying, I wasn’t confused, I was repeating the exact information their own staff gave me. Instead of listening, the pharmacist hung up on me, accusing me of yelling. I naturally have a loud voice (and I was in the car while it was raining), but that is not the same as screaming. I was only trying to make sure I was heard, especially since she kept saying she couldn’t hear me. When I called back to clarify, I wasn’t given a chance to speak. She immediately shut me down again, insisting I was yelling. At no point did sh

I have always sung praises for this pharmacy, but NOT today. I went to make purchase & pick up prescriptions. I approached counter and young girl was kneeling putting prescriptions away. She on her phone having extensive conversation about getting a take out order of eggs Benedict & hash. I said excuse me, she just turned and looked at me. Eventually she got up, did not end her call & continued conversation. Scanned the item I purchased, I said I need to pick up prescriptions.. she's still on phone. Finally she got them for me. I stared that is not what your expected to do when in customer service. This is unacceptable and don't expect to be treated this way. Disappointing
