I recently switched my dental care away from this office due to ongoing scheduling issues. Despite giving ample notice to reschedule my routine dental cleaning, I was told they were completely booked and couldn’t see me for another nine months. Something similar happened about 1–2 years ago. At that time, I chose to stay with the practice, assuming the issue was temporary and that they would hire another dental hygienist to address the backlog. Unfortunately, nothing changed. This level of poor scheduling and lack of improvement over years is a horrible way to run a business. I would not recommend this practice if you value timely and reliable care.

I broke off my #30 molar so I made an appointment with Dr. Brown. to have it extracted. The gave ma a face full of x-rays that I wasn't there for and then they made an appointment for the extraction for two weeks later. I went back to my old dentist and she extracted it and tightened up an implant crown three days later. The office submitted 6 procedures to my insurance company, 3 of which were not necessary according to my old dentist at a cost of $3000.00 out of pocket. This dentist is a business dentist not a doctor dentist. In other words, they main goal is to schedule procedures that aren't necessary to increase their revenue.

Dr Kevin Guze is phenomenal! As well as his staff. He is so patient, kind and takes the time to let you know whats going on. Worth the drive to see him!

Just called to say that my child head butted me right on my dental implant and that it’s now sore and needs to be looked at ASAP. They told they couldn’t see me for weeks! Very poor customer service. Do not recommend!

I had a root canal done on my front tooth, I was very anxious that it wasn’t going to turn out as cosmetically pleasing as I wanted and I had never had a procedure like this done before. Dr.Brown answered ALL my questions, talked me thoroughly through everything and never rushed. He was very polite and always asked what my comfort was. My previous dentist suggested a crown but Dr.Brown was able to save my natural tooth, making my smile look normal again! Not to mention they are very fairly priced, I saved a ton of money from what my other dentist quoted me.
