Only my second visit with my PCP, Dr. Trotter, and both times I waited over 45 min to be seen. Yesterday I planned on saying something on my way out but the staff had gone on lunch already. I had an 11 am appointment, told to show up at 10:45, which I did…I wasn’t even brought in to a room until sometime after 11:18. Only a lame apology from the dr about her tardiness. I walked out of the exam room at 12:16 the lights were shut off in the reception area and not a soul to be seen. My time is valuable too people.

I visited Dr Holder who did an endiscopy and stretched out my asophagus during a hospital visit. It worked well. My post procedure visit with Dr Older was a positive experience. He was. Pleasant and informative on what my procedure was for and what I might need done in the future. I'd highly recomend him to anyone.

Unfortunately, the visit with Dr.Older was very unpleasant. The visit was one of the shortest visits I’ve had with a specialist. His attitude was condescending and on the arrogant side. I felt rushed and unable to ask the questions that I wanted to ask. He didn’t explain why I needed two tests. I told him I had several CAt scans and was concerned about the radiation that I would be exposed to. He told me there was no radiation but the intake nurse reported that there was some radiation. We looked into this test and it did say there was a certain amount of radiation in this test. I will not go back to him. And, I will not take the tests he recommended.

Had a follow up with Dr. Jazmati. He was thorough and answered all of my questions. If I need to continue seeing a cardiologist, I’d definitely be happy to keep going to Dr. Jazmati.

Dr. Husain always takes the time to explain details and thoroughly answers any questions. He definitely cares about his patients. Highly recommend!
