If I could put a ton of negative stars I would!! If you hate yourself or your family member, then this is the place!! I've never in my life seen or heard of a nursing home or rehab run worse!! ETA According to this place, this is supposed to be a healthy meal for a diabetic on a low carb diet
Southbridge Rehabilitation Center is outstanding! The staff creates an upbeat and caring atmosphere, making everyone feel like part of a community.
Incredible staff and community. I would recommend this program to family and friends. They provide top tier services and they truly care about their patients.
OMGOODNESS, My stepfather was here and when I went the floor was full of urine. They were cloth bathing him exactly when we got there. Horrible smell everywhere
