Southbridge Family Dental

Been here only about a month, but got a lot of work done in various ways and have to say I'm very pleased with the full service. It can be a challenge to find a dental office you can feel pretty at ease with. I think I got enough work to feel pretty good about that now. Not only has the dentist, Doctor P, succeeded at all jobs, and with a pleasant demeanor, the rest of the crew is also well accomodating. The Front Desk, Arianna, Doris and Xhilda if I'm not mistaken, were highly responsive to my requests. They also take care to ensure you're on track. Hygienist Devyn (sp?) is of kind demeanor and is very well thorough in her work. The dental assistants are also pleasant, supportive, and handle their jobs well. I first started going to see Dr Patadiya for several excruciating problems. He was kind, mindful of my previous trauma with oral+dental issues, and calmly explained everything that needed to be done, and WHY. I can't tell you how much it sucks being in pain, getting the guts and the ability to go to someone who will help you, only to be sat there, mouth open, being lectured by someone who is meant to help. Dr. Patadiya didn't lecture, scold, or belittle me. He said he was glad he was the dentist I chose to help me get my problems taken care of. He listened while I explained what caused my dental neglect, and with those things in mind, set about genuinely HELPING me. Not once did I feel embarrassed, ashamed, or insignificant. I was so scared to go to the dentist and I have an auto immune disease that causes severe inflammation through out my digestive system including my gums and let’s just say it has caused some damage to my teeth and I was just embarrassed and scared, but an infection landed me at their front door and this dental team was absolutely fantastic and welcomed me with no pressure, Dr P took one look and with a smile said it’s all fixable and I can do it! What a relief! The dental assistant was so kind and so sweet with handling my care. The front desk team are just so nice and understanding. This is the place to come if you need work done or just cleanings! This team will not fail you! Thank you to all the staff that helped ease my fears and anxiety!

Dr.P is truly amazing, he performed miracles on my teeth! I am so happy with him and his entire staff..always so friendly and knowledgeable. My experience has gone beyond my expectations. Thankyou to all of you.
