I'm giving this cvs a low rating because nobody ever answers the telephone in the pharmacy. Your on hold until you decide to hang up. It's very inconvenient for anyone. Even if you do have a vehicle or live close by. Just answer the phone! The other reason is there is always panhandling or someone asking for something. Other than that it's a cvs. There's also a Walgreens within the same block.
The staff got the meds they could together for me, the best they could. I feel like theres a breakdown any time they need to speak to my Dr's office, or with the insurance company about anything.
The staff here are very helpful. The pharmacy team is above and beyond and deserve thanks. A great CVS.
The pharmacy in southbride is horrible. The staff there are rude. We transferred our prescriptions to Walmart. We have received much better customer service there.
They are friendly and always willing to help when I ask. Also I would like to write this too. I want to speak for all of us that visit pharmacies likes someone at the register or close by. We come usually in need of medicine when we go to the pharmacy or fast gift. It's nice to find someone close for help. Thank you.
