First they mail you a packet, and only give you an appointment after you send back the packet, so that kills a couple of weeks. Then it takes six weeks to get an appointment. Then they're located in an unmarked location in the hospital complex, so don't expect to find them easily. Then I was 16 min late and it turned out there was a 15 min rule so they cancelled the appointment and rescheduled for another six weeks out. They never gave directions nor a warning about the 15 min rule. How long have I spent in other doctors' waiting rooms, so why would I expect such strictness? So while I cant speak to the quality of the final medical care, I can say it's not a customer-friendly place. Good luck!
