They were great with my daughter. Tried multiple creams to ease her eczema. I would come again. Very knowledgeable and kind. Very gentle when handling eczema inflamed areas. I give them a 9 out of 10.

ZERO stars if I could. Central Mass Dermatology is a disgrace. I waited over two months for an appointment, and less than two hours before, they called saying my referral “hadn’t gone through.” My primary care fixed it on the spot—but after speaking with Lisa, their billing/referrals person, I canceled. She was flat-out rude, unprofessional, and refused to take ANY accountability. To be fair, Lori, the office manager, was apologetic and said she wanted to make things right. But by then, the damage was done. I told her: how can I trust a doctor’s office that does this from the very beginning? I will not take the risk of letting people who can’t handle the basics be responsible for my care. This office blames patients and other doctors instead of doing their own job. They don’t communicate

Great office! The staff is very helpful and understanding. Erin has helped with a couple conditions and I am so pleased with the results.

Went for a little dysport and she was so helpful about another skin issue I was having that I switched dermatology offices! Great staff.

Erin found 2 skin cancers I didn’t realize I had. Her work with cosmetic procedures is artful and reasonably priced.
