Central New England Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

I have to give John 1 star. I went in to have 2 wisdom teeth removed and 2 perfectly good molars in front of each wisdom tooth on the bottom. After my surgery and I got home I had pieces of my broken teeth floating around in my mouth. I was spitting them out with blood. The pain was severe so severe I looked in my mouth and noticed the dr cut the side of my tongue pretty bad made a quarter size ulcer. I could not swallow eat talk anything. I called dr john and he said oh it's normal and called in a prescription for antibiotics didn't want to look at me or listen to me. 4 days later 1 er visit ct scan with dye severe nerve and noticeable pieces of tooth still in areas where they were supposed to be removed. I got home called dr john kas and he said come in the next day. So I got a ride wen

I got all four of my impacted wisdom teeth removed back in May 2020. The process was so quick & easy. Dr. Kashmanian is well experienced, and gets straight to the point. I recommend this office for wisdom teeth removal if you are a mass health member. *Do not bother asking for more pain meds if because he will refuse a refill and he makes that very clear before surgery. Front desk is rude.

My sister-in-law was a patient here. She is currently on suboxone and she’s been clean for months. She needed multiple extractions done. All it took was one look at her and he was immediately disrespectful and literally said “I’m not gunna dope u up” and just for the record that wasn’t her choice of drug. The receptionist was even more rude. Her attitude was disgusting and we had the same impression that she was extremely rude and judgmental. They may come across many addicts but EVERY SINGLE person has a different story. You cannot treat every addict the SAME!!!! She is trying to change her life. I had ALL 4 wisdom teeth removed. I was scared to begin with because I was traumatized as a kid at my dentist when I had a tooth pulled. Some of the reviews for this place wasn’t the greatest. But a lot of my family has gone to him before and they liked him. I can confidently say this is the best oral surgery place! I expressed my concerns and worries to the staff (including john) and they helped calm me down and they distracted me with causal conversation, which really helped lol. He and the staff explained every thing they were gonna do which helped me relax a lot. Obviously I’m in pain and swollen, but that’s common sense that it’s gonna happen after a surgery haha. Going to be honest i hate the dentist almost shake when im in the chair he noticed and he was very reassuring now the times before that completely dry no comfort just the meat and potatoes bit when it comes to the actual work the guys gifted and its real hard to knock a guy thats so good at what he does i appreciate his talent above anything else id rather that then have someone talk sweet and mess me up hes what u need if its bad
