South Boston Community Health Center has been an incredible place for both me and my family. I’ve been seeing my primary care provider here for several years, and the care has always been excellent, attentive, thorough, and genuinely compassionate. The entire staff, from the front desk to the nurses, makes every visit feel easy and welcoming. My daughter also sees her pediatrician here, and we absolutely love her! She’s so patient, kind, and takes the time to listen and explain everything in a way that makes both of us feel comfortable. It’s clear that she truly cares about her patients. The health center is well-organized, responsive with appointments and messages, and provides great continuity of care for families. Dr.Molin is the best dentist I have ever had. Dr. Molin, is pleasant, friendly, very knowledgeable and more importantly very gentle and explanatory on every aspect of the procedure. I really felt she is there for the patient , what was best for the patient. Have been to see Dr. Molin several times and can not express enough of how much of a good , genuine wholehearted person Dr. Molin is. Plus you get the added bonus of her excellent skills and knowledge.

Clinical staff are cool, but I'm frustrated with how I've had to call and message for a week just to get paperwork uploaded so I can file for leave. Eventually it came down to the staff telling me to "just come in and pick it up." When I'm on crutches for a knee injury. Slipped and nearly fell twice venturing out to get it when it could've just been uploaded to MyChart in a minute! So I had to file late for my leave. I get that the snowstorm definitely slows things down, but after leaving voicemails and emails for a week to scan something really quick? Now that it's filed late, that's lost income on my end! And no way to file a grievance on the website.

I have been a patient here for over three years. The level of care here is very unsatisfactory. My medical concerns have been ignored and I spend more time at the emergency room for and diagnosis then at my doctors office. I get more results from an emergency room visit costing me more money than from my primary care physician. Asked repeatedly by ER physicians to receive further care, testing and treatment by primary care physicians only to be ignored. No follow up unless I call in and complain. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone that needs medical care for chronic illness or any illness for that matter.

NP Megan Chapman takes the time to listen thoughtfully to all of my concerns and never makes me feel rushed. She is incredibly knowledgeable and explains everything—from my test results to treatment options—in a clear, easy-to-understand way. I feel like a genuine partner in my health, and her guidance has been life-changing.Beyond her expertise, her bedside manner is truly remarkable. She is compassionate and empathetic, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients' well-being. I moved an hour and 45 minutes away but will continue seeing Megan.
