I went to the pharmacy for some medication for my son. And the worker there wasn’t very nice. He was kind of rude. I asked him if he had two of the medication’s for my son and he said he had only one and that he could call around and look for it or we could wait until Monday well, I couldn’t wait till Monday. I needed it yesterday because he had already had a dose and then I called my Husband and he told me that we cannot wait so I waited in line and I got back up to the same guy and I said hey would it be OK if you could look around for me please and then he said no I’m not gonna do that you have to do that for yourself and he said that in like a rude manner and it wasn’t professional my opinion if you can’t even look up a simple medication for someone and you work at a pharmacy please ge

Ive been trying to make it work for months but here's just so many issues. They never contact me to let me know my prescription is ready. The pharmacist even helped me sign up for texts and I still never get them. I have never been able to log in to manage prescriptions on the app. It crashes every time I put in a verification code. They didn't get the prescription my doctor sent one time. I try to use their automated call system to request a refill and it sends a request for the wrong medication to my doctor, even after asking me to confirm. This happened twice. There weren't any issues like this before Smith's started using AI.

The incompetent clowns at the Lehi location gave me no choice but to transfer my Rx here. Zero issues with the pharmacists and techs in Saratoga Springs. Night and day difference! Thank you for your professionalism.

My New Year’s Resolution is to find a better pharmacy. Shouldn’t be hard. I figured I’d use the obsessively long wait time to pick up my prescription to share a cautionary tale for others so they need not suffer. Not all Smith’s pharmacies are created equal and this one is exhibit A. On the pro side, the staff, once you can get to them, are usually professional and nice enough. I doubt this is their fault. Cons - everything else. I don’t recall the last time their drive thru pharmacy window was open. Pre-COVID? The lines to pic up prescriptions are always 10+ people long. See today’s line in the pics below. They openly advertise they are understaffed and that you will likely be waiting a long time. They full on shut down for a lunch break every day from 1-1:30. Guy at pharmacy window was rude and disrespectful when asked to get an additional medicine which was not a prescription while also trying to pick up a prescription to avoid having to go inside the store. Guy threw a fit and started slamming drawer opened and closed and advised us that they don’t offer that service and to instead put in an order through curbside pickup.
