I had a great experience today at my very first dental appointment. Rachel and Nancy were absolutely wonderful — kind, patient, and very professional. Dr. Li was also amazing and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. While the receptionist I met on my way out wasn’t the most welcoming, my overall experience was still very positive.

I’m new to the area and sought out Dr. Li for a second opinion after seeing another dentist just two weeks prior—an appointment I left in significant pain that I did not have when I arrived. I originally scheduled a Monday appointment and asked to be contacted if a cancellation became available. The office promptly reached out when an opening arose, and I was grateful to be seen sooner. From my very first consultation, I was met with an abundance of grace, empathy, and knowledge. Dr. Li took the time to sit with me and listen carefully to every concern, no matter how small. I arrived for a cleaning appointment today. I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff as well as Dr. Li. I was then promptly seen by the Hygienist and her assistant. They too, were friendly and professional. The cleaning procedure was thorough and painless. (I apologize for not putting names to all the staff. But, I am a new patient at this facility and will be able to put names to faces in time.) Overall, this was an excellent experience. The facility is modern, clean and orderly. Staff are A+. I look forward to having a long relationship with Smile Li Dental.

Dr. Li and her office staff are amazing! The office itself is clean, modern, and welcoming. The entire team is friendly and accommodating, offering weekend appointments and text messages for easy communication. Not only is Dr. Li approachable and warm, she is also incredibly detailed and careful with my teeth. She takes the time to go through the care plan and answer all my questions. Highly recommend Smile.Li dental - I actually look forward to coming to the dentist now!
