Fresh Dental Group

I had my first appointment with Fresh a couple of weeks ago and am just now getting around to writing a review. I normally don’t leave reviews, but this practice truly deserves five stars. The office is clean and filled with plenty of natural sunlight, which makes it feel welcoming right away. The staff also earns an A from me. As soon as I walked in, I was quickly greeted and had all of my questions answered in a kind and respectful way by Nya. That level of warmth and professionalism is, unfortunately, becoming all too rare these days, and it really stood out. Overall, a great experience from start to finish.

I have been a patient at this practice for about two years, and unfortunately my experience has been increasingly frustrating. The office seems unable to retain staff, and nearly every visit I’m seen by a different dentist. Because of this, the level of care and communication varies significantly. I was never notified when my previous dentist left the practice — I only found out when I arrived for an appointment and was assigned to someone new without explanation. On multiple occasions, my appointments have also been canceled at the last minute because the office decided to close early. These cancellations were made with very little notice and caused repeated disruptions to my work schedule. The BEST! Fresh Dental does not disappoint from the moment you walk in the door: clean modern offices, attentive courteous staff, and EXCELLENT hygenists and dentists. It is easy to get to with convenient parking. And there is never any pressure for additonal services. Always a good experience...(which is no small feat for a dental visit!).

It had been a while since I received a teeth cleaning and Fresh Dental made sure I'd keeping coming back! I was greeted nicely and Haylie took excellent care of me. Tony performed my cleaning to a perfection! Dr. A assured to me that if I were to preserve my dental health, here was the place to do that.

This dentist office really likes to waste time. The service is overall okay, but it is 2026 and I don't understand how if they cancel your appointment they don't have an automated system to notify you. This is the 4th time I have had an appointment scheduled and re-organized my life, which is difficult as a mom, only to show up and find out that my appointment was canceled or not scheduled correctly. Very disappointing, do better Fresh Dental.
