CVS Pharmacy

I stopped going to this location several years ago because of a very rude and disrespectful pharmacist that used to work there. I only were there recently because my husband's subscriptions from the urgent care facility were there, and he was too sick to pick them up himself. The pharmacy has a different set of people, who were very pleasant and professional for the most part. I had to go there twice in one day to pick up multiple prescriptions. The 1st time was great, the 2nd time not so much. After being in a line of over a dozen people, I was told my husband's Rx wasn't ready (even though I came at the designated time they told me to come). The pharmacy staff said, " It will be another 20 minutes before your prescriptions are ready. We will call the name for you to pick it up." With th

Wanted to share a story to prepare you for the kind of service you can expect here. When I arrived to pick up my prescription today, there were about 6 people in front of me in line, and only one person pulling prescriptions (because of course, why would there be more than one?). After waiting about 15 minutes, there's still two people in front of me. A young woman walks in and takes a look at the long line for pickups, now probably about 10 people, and then walks over to the dropoff counter where there is no one line and hails the pharmacist, who drops everything and comes over to talk to her. She tells him, loud enough for all of us in line to hear, that she "does not have time to wait in line" and asks him if she can just have her prescription. I want to emphasize that those were h

I live in the high desert outside of L.A. but was traveling when my script auto-refill kicked in and was awaiting pickup at my local CVS. Went to the local CVS in Maryland, pharmacy team member pulled up my profile in the database and handed me my script in 15min. Outstanding customer service by the CVS pharmacy team on a Sunday afternoon!

The drive thru window wasn't available because the store was inderstaffed. The pick up line was long and when I got to the front the employee "helping" me was incredibly rude and unable to even understand how a hyphenated last name worked. Sylvain you truly have "incredible" customer service skills, keep it up pal.
