Highly recommend Maple Lawn Eye Care Center! The entire team was fantastic from start to finish. As a new eyeglass wearer, I had a lot of questions and concerns, and they took the time to address every single one with patience and care. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I truly luv it and couldn’t be happier with my visit!

my daughter was completely uncomfortable from the minute she walked in. the assistant who blows air into the eye was condescending. she has a masters degree and they treated her like a child. they try to push a lot of extra procedures when all she wanted was a new contact prescription. she declined eye detection, etc and they asked about it more than once. they used dilation as a punishment for her NOT paying for the extra procedures. "you are clearly not getting it". "You don't understand, you need to do this..." she will NOT be back. Avoid this place. The doctor was trying to do fear factor about glaucoma on a 23 year old~ Give us a break. It would be better for your business just to do a quality job and get repeat happy customers than try and manipulate to get an extra $1

Her professional manner in helping solve several eye situations has led me to keep coming back for excellent service and communications! She and her excellent staff always make me feel welcome and listened to! They are a top notch health provider.

Excellent service here. Everyone is extremely friendly and caring .. front desk, technician, optical, and manager. Not sure why other recent complaints, my experience is and always has been top notch!

I did an eye examination there. They just gave me a photo screen that is not covered by the insurance without asking me. There is no explanation about the process and necessity and price before I did it. I just realized it until I need to pay about 40 dollars for those.
