Kids Eye Care of Maryland

I've came here twice and both times have been pretty bad. The first time I figured mistaken happen and other views were great but learned the 2nd time this is their norm. They over book each session by 3 or 4 kids. The receptionist is lack luster at best. The lady who prepares the kids are great. The doctor seems good. The over booking and dirty atmosphere is absolutely atrocious. My appointment both times I arrived 5 to 10 minutes early and 3 other people had already arrived for the same appointment time. We waited more than 1.5 hours to see the doctor. This is absurd. Do not come unless you want to waste your time here. Also their chairs/equipment is broken, the waiting area is gross and never swept. They have plenty of chairs but with the amount of people waiting it is hard to find a s

First visit and they all made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Cromelin is very caring and considerate. She is very detail-oriented in her explanations and she made sure I had a full understanding of all recommendations. The company title says "kids" but they accept adults and handles adults just as tenderly as with kids.

Dr. Cromelin is fabulous! She is an incredible doctor with unparalleled bedside manner. She was able to completely put my nervous 5 year old at ease and quickly diagnose and treat him. Highly recommend!

Dr. Rosin is simply the best Pediatric Eye Doctor in Maryland. He is extremely thorough, explains everything clearly, has a great support staff, flawless "chair-side" manners with my kids, and highly professional. I would absolutely recommend him and his practice.
