This review is about their management. First off, Dr. Kim was wonderful and did a great job on the procedure. This place is extremely frustrating to deal with. I got my wisdom teeth removed in April 2022 (yes 2 years ago). I paid the full amount and was told that I would be reimbursed within 5 weeks the portion that insurance covers after they file some paperwork. Unfortunately, their management has not been able to provide my insurance with their tax id in order for me to reimbursed. I have been trying to get in contact with them for 2 years now and still I have not been reimbursed. My dental insurance cannot do anything without their tax information, but they seem to not care since they already have my money. Awful business. Scheduled an appointment for the next day to have a wisdom tooth removed. Staff was cool. Was a bit of a wait, but well worth it for the services I received. Every place I called was trying to schedule my appointment for November. At the time it was October 13th. Wasn’t trying to deal with the pain every night up until then. Had my wisdom tooth removed. Only pain I felt was when receiving the needle to my gums. Other wise it was a pain free process. Would recommend this team for sure.

Everyone in the office was nice and friendly. Dr. Haddad was comforting during my procedure. His two dental assistants were amazing people as well. I would recommend this office to anyone who is scared of any kind of dental work. This is where you want to be, from the moment you walk in the door. What a great place as a patient.

The staff was great and really did an outstanding job. There was a mixup with my appointment time and they didn’t miss a beat adjusting and getting me in and out with no fuss. I was so appreciative of how they fit me into their schedule without impacting the other patients. The x-ray I had and consultation was done quickly with no pain and the Dentist gave me great recommendations for treatment going forward.

I had been experiencing some serious pain from two infected teeth. I went to see Dr. Haddad and I must say that I had a great experience with his friendly staff and him. After taking the antibiotic, I returned to have the teeth removed. I had a wonderful experience! Of course, I was very nervous because no one wants to come to the dentist, but I can honestly say that he was very gentle and the way he administered the needle to numb me the best. I did not experience pain from the needle nor did I have to take pain medication afterwards. I highly recommend Dr. Headed to others. Thank you for your service and for having such an amazing staff.
