I came here with my mom for our first laser facial. Patrick was great and he made our experience amazing! Lisa was our RN and she was so calm, gentle and explained any concerns we had.

Staff was very friendly (Anthony and Patrick). Listened to all of my needs and expectations. They helped guide me to what plan suited my budget, life, and of course skin. Was a great visit. I will see you soon!

I visited Skin Laundry on Newbury for my first-ever laser hair removal and laser facial, and I genuinely had such a great experience. I was a little nervous going in since it was my first time, but Lisa and Olivia were absolutely wonderful! They walked me through every step, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. My second treatment with Skin Laundry, the staff are well knowledgeable of what treatment would suit better my skin goals. I did a signature resurfacing, a minor pain and my face was red for an hour after treatment however the following days my skin was glowing, I understand I would need a few treatments to see a big difference on my skin. I got the first session for 50$ their offer and then got their membership because I enjoy taking care of my skin. High recommend the Nano RF resurfacing for anyone dealing with scarring!

Really enjoy my facials here, Anthony is incredible! Not only do I genuinely enjoy chatting with him during our appointments, but his expertise and professional recommendations are unmatched. I was fighting stubborn breakouts for over a month, and noticed an almost immediate positive difference in my skin the morning after my first laser facial with him.
