Zero stars isn't enough. All there services are awful. They offer text messaging, but no one responds. They offer to mail your prescription, but they don't do it. There is zero accountability for staff just not doing their jobs at all!!! I wish I could get my prescription filled at CVS or anywhere else, because BMC will always suck!.

Been going there since September for my back. Seen a neurologist then neurosurgeon. Both said my back and neck were really bad. Did injections MRIs then last 2 MRIs they said if they had done them with the other two they wouldn't have bothered with the injections. It wouldn't work on my back for the type of injuries neurosurgeon and when I go he has me walk a few feet to the wall and back. Says I walk fine. LOL my feet are numb as I told him and they fall out of my sandals. I can feel a few of my toes only reason I can wear certain sandals and I trip over my own feet. That was just ignored. and my neck not addressed. My very first visit I was told I would be having the injections in my back and my neck. I left there with okay see you in 6 months.??? I’d have to say this is the worst pharmacy you can ever go to get a prescription they will lie lie lie literally I called at 9 AM this morning. Spoke to a representative. They told me that the medication would be ready by 11 o’clock. I show up at 11 and they make me wait an hour to pick up the medicationif you have medication here expect to wait no matter what they tell you even if they say it’s ready. It’s more than likely not ready. Communication here is definitely not number one priority.

I have used this pharmacy for the last 15 years. I started using it for convenience because all of my doctors are at BMC. Over the last 4 years this pharmacy has become an absolute JOKE. Not only can you never get through to anyone to refill prescriptions, when you get there after getting the automated message saying "your prescription is ready" it NEVER is. When you call, you get an "Your call is important to use. Your estimated wait time is ..." Don't ever believe that! It's complete BS. They will have you on hold for over an hour and then someone will lick up the line and hang up immediately without saying a word! Fun fact as well, they changed their pharmacy hours and never notified anyone. I am trying to find a different pharmacy as I'm writing this. It's absolute trash and I wouldn't
