Went in for some routine labs and was in and out in 15 minutes from check in. Super efficient process and great staff. The Phlebotomist Ana was very nice and accommodating.

I can't possibly say enough nice things about this hospital and their staff. They gave me the absolute best cancer treatment and I am forever grateful. ♥️

Been coming here on & off thru out the yrs for various reasons. Always polite & helpful staff from the lobby to the staff of the individual testing areas & clinics too. Originally had to come here w/ a family for their health but now today I'm here for my own. Thank you so very much BIDMC-Shapiro Team for the EXCELLENT care & work that you have provided thru out the years & ESPECIALLY for today.

Medicine and Health Care should be 100% free. This is a major research hospital it spends tons of money every month on legal fees to possibly make a pill at someone's going to make Amelia tan
