Senior Care Partners P.A.C.E.

I visited the Senior Care Partners for a tour yesterday, and was amazed at the facility, staff, the quality of life, and the care given to so many people. I'm grateful they are in our community offering many needed and helpful services to support so many.

This service has been a God send for my family. I spent 13 years taking care of my grandmother who had End Stage Renal Disease before she transitioned. My mother also now has ESRD and since moving back to this area over 3 years ago this service has managed her healthcare and provided great service which has alleviated this burden from me. The workers are consistent in following up and responsive to request. The coordination of life saving transportation and the all around care while inpatient is also appreciated. The heart monitoring service, life alert and oxygen service are all facilitated by these providers, making care seamless. I wish this would have been available many years ago. Keep up the good work.

This team is amazing and took wonderful care of my grandma during her time. She was determined to stay in her home until her last breath and they did everything in their power to make this happen! She was genuinely cared for with compassion! Highly recommended 😊
