Sam's Club Pharmacy

Helpful pharmacist or assistant in checking into and answering my questions regarding a specific medication. Having said that she was not very friendly while helping me rather short and gave me the impression that I was a bother to her. Not sure if this was because the medication I was inquiring about was a controlled medication. I left feeling as though I was judged because of this prescription I had. They were unable to fill it and in the end I am okay with that because I would rather spend my money at a business that appreciates the patrons.

I’m so sad there is bad reviews as I just switched here from CVS and I am already so much happier. This pharmacy did in one day what took the other three MONTHS of my yelling and crying to get meds switched over from another pharmacy. (I only had to switch twice because of insurance changes). My first experience with this pharmacy was amazing and they went out of their way to get the meds and more importantly get them covered by our insurance. I literally almost cried again but happy tears this time. I have a large family on many meds and it was a huge relief to get what we needed so quickly. The lady’s that helped me have no idea just how grateful I am that I picked this pharmacy and that I was not treated horrible like at CVS.

Excellent help from a pharmacist in a complicated situation. They also mail out reliably. Recommended.
