I went for travel vaccines, I was told there’s a one time $40 administrative fee which I paid. I went for the second set of vaccines, they charges me another $40 administrative fee!! I question this on site, since I was told it’s one and done. They said it’s $40 each time.My sister who’s going on the same trip was charged once for administrative fee. She went two times just like me, I called to question again why I was charge a total of $80 dollars and she was charged $40 for. They asked for her name, which had NOTHING to do with me being overcharged. I really didn’t appreciate the condescending of Michelle. I kept questioning validity of what she was saying and all she did was repeat the same lame excuse and tell me to calm down. I NEVER raised my voice once!!! I take offense she was ins

Staff is super nice and patient and they held on to a medication of mine for 20 days which was perfect cause it gave me just enough time to get my Disability payment.

I ordered refills and 1 was not filled correctly. I was given a prescription for a medication that my husband still takese but it's now 60mg stronger. When I took it back and told them they made a mistake and I wanted a refund the pharmacist informed me that she couldn't take meds back once they leave the pharmacy!! I knew that already! I want my $18 back. I don't care what happens to the medicine we don't need. Their mistake not mine

Most insurance does not cover a compound prescription so it can be very expensive
