Customer Reviews
I would highly recommend Kalamazoo optometry as your go to place for vision care . The physician was amazing. Office staff was friendly and very helpful. The woman who checked me in with the eye puff glaucoma test was pretty much a robot. She was efficient, but I felt like she was computer generated. It would be a nice touch to engage a little bit more. There are a couple kick stands on the chair the foot rest. They’re an absolute tripping hazard, especially for your elderly gals and guys keep up the good work.
My wife and I have been going to Kazoo Optometry for several years and are very happy with them. Dr. Sutter is very kind and informative to all our needs as well as the entire staff. Very Happy.
Arrived a little early for annual eye exam. Was brought into preliminary testing room shortly thereafter. From there moved to examination room and that examination was completed quickly, but thoroughly. I had cataract surgery to both eyes and was told that vision is stable , but to be aware of any vision changes so can be addressed sooner, rather than later. Clean office, friendly staff and virtually no wait, what's not to like!
In Sep. 2025 Kalamazoo Optometry produced progressive lenses for me (no frames) for a total cost of $530. When I returned to pick up my new glasses, I expressed concern that the reading vision in my right lens was out of focus while the reading vision in my left lens appeared to be in focus. The KO representative assured me that the lenses were correct and that it was only the combined vision of both lenses that mattered. I continued to express misgivings, but my concerns were dismissed. I subsequently had a second pair of glasses produced with progressive lenses by another company ($250 - less than half the cost of KO) from the same prescription and the vision for each separate lens - reading and distance - were in focus and provided me with better vision. Not only does Kalamazoo Optometr
I have been pleased with my care at Kalamazoo Optometry. The staff have been helpful and the optometrist is very professional. I especially like working with Dawn to choose glasses and have adjustments.
